Refund and Returns Policy

1. General

We want you to be as happy with your Regenbright products as we are, so we offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

2. How to Request a Refund

• Contact customer service at Contact Us with your order number and reason for return.

• After receiving your return package, a full refund will be issued. Refunds take up to 5 working days to process and will be made via your original payment method.

3. Exceptions

• We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.
• Returned items must be in original packaging.
• Returned items must be unopened and unused.

4. Additional Information

• The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges when returning products unless the item is faulty.
• Regenbright is not responsible for parcels that are lost or misdirected during the return process. Retain your return tracking number for your records.
